2022 – It was so great meeting the winners of Calmar Library’s 5th Annual Writing Contest, hosted by the lovely Susan Parkinson Wallace and sponsored by the Calmar Art Society. There are just so many talented emerging writers in Calmar & surrounding communities. It warms my heart to hear these writers read excerpts from their wonderful work. So grateful to the incredible Joan Marie Galat and amazing Nicole Harrish for taking on the very difficult task of selecting this year’s winners from a long list of wonderful submissions. Already looking forward to next year’s competition!
