Proud mama moment…a few years back, my darling Kenya, at age 13, sketched the portrait of every actor in the Hamilton:The Musical (San Francisco cast) and waited at the stage door after the show to present the actors their individual portraits. The actors were all delighted, very gracious, and appreciative of Kenya’s efforts. Who would’ve guessed that 3yrs later, one of the actors (Darnell Abraham) reached out to Kenya to commission a portrait of him and his lovely wife!
